Typically, no: Surveillance cta or mra of the brain to assess for further aneurysms is good medicine. Also, controlling blood pressure lessens the development or enlargement of aneurysms. If you haven't had a recent cerebrovascular imaging test, speak with your physician.

Yes: It depends on whether or not there was any residual neck of the aneurysm. Post-operative cerebral angiograms should be done to examine the details of the clipping. Furthermore, surveillance angiograms are often done to see if there are any changes or "outpouchings" particularly at the base of the aneurysm adjacent to the clip.
