How soon after brain aneurysm "leak" will it re-bleed? possible to re-bleed mos/yrs later? i.e. had bad ha 2wks straight, then they stopped. leak?

Unlikely: At your age, a ruptured brain aneurysm would be an unlikely cause of headache. If an aneurysm does bleed, it has about a 30% chance of rebleeding in the first 2 weeks and about a 50% chance of rebleeding in the first year.

Possibly: Aneurysms can have a "sentinel" rupture where they leak some blood prior to sah. It is best to be evaluated immediately in the er if this is the case as the aneurysm could rupture anytime after this point.
