My opinion only: BUT the "Cabbage Juice Diet" is a FAD diet unsupported by good nutritional SENSE! See a qualified NUTRITIONIST for dietary modifications WHICH will PRODUCE and later MAINTAIN weight loss! Simple drinking cabbage juice may result in weight loss while your drinking the stuff but you will gain that weight RIGHT BACK when you stop! Be wise.....Be well HOPING this helps! Dr Z

Weight loss: Don't believe anything you read about cabbage juice for weight loss. The only reason it might work is if you eat & drink nothing else. Weight loss has nothing to do with whether you eat/drink raw/cooked cabbage (juice). If you really need to lose weight, search for DASH, Mediterranean and/or vegetarian diets, all of which have evidence of health benefit. Then search for exercise routines 4 u 2 do.
