No: A 1-month baby is very young, and eating and sleeping are the main activities. Anything out of the ordinary needs to be discussed with the baby's doctor now (that's one reason every baby needs a primary doctor who knows how to care for new babies). If 4 weeks old, an exam is usually needed now. Whether the baby needs to be seen now or tomorrow also depends on other symptoms, and family illnesses.
