A member asked:

Dear dr i wonder whether breast canser transmitted by needle pricking the one that use for testing blood sugar from female to male? tx alot

A doctor has provided 1 answer

No, it cannot.: Breast cancer cannot be transferred to another person via a needle that was used to check blood sugar. In fact, it's generally quite difficult to transfer cancer from one person to another, unless they are very immune compromised. That being said, needles should never be shared due to the risk of transferring infectious diseases from one person to another, like hepatitis.
