Most likely: infection of some sort. Uti, vaginitis, or even herpes. It is not possible to tell for sure without examination, so you should consult your physician.

You may have: Pelvic Inflamatory Disease (infection ...bladder/cervix /uterine.. and you need a complete GYN evaluation as soon as practicable!!! Hope this helps! Dr Z
