See answer: Likely vaginal/uterine bleeding, whether period or not. Unlikely urinary. Though a UTI may be associated with blood in the urine (and not from the vagina or on underwear/pad), a UTI with bloody urine would most commonly also be associated with noticeable urinary urgency, frequency, bladder pressure, and burning.
