Medication effects: Thank you for informing use of Clonazepam and Quinidine. Fluoxetine can affect the menstrual cycle. Using Quinidine with Fluoxetine can increase the risk of an irregular heart rhythm.. Using Clonazepam with Fluoxetine may increase dizziness, some impairment in thinking and judgment.
