Reaching out is good: Your post is of course distressing but also hopeful in that you are reaching out and not trapped in yourself. 400 characters will not suffice, however. You need compassionate human contact--friends, family, drs. clergy, no shame in ER crisis centers either. Keep the dialog going. What/who helped 6 mo ago?
