Needs an exam: Failure to grow taller for 5yrs or failure to hit puberty by 16 is reason to be evaluated for hormonal deficiencies. The trauma to the testis may or may not be the source or only source of the problem. Your doc should send you to a pediatric endocrinologist for an evaluation, but there may be some initial tests that could be done before you go.
