See doctor ASAP: It's never normal to have this kind of symptoms. I recommend to see GYN if you can, family doctor can help as well. Do it ASAP since it can have long term effects of not treated early.

Probable infection: There are many possible causes of abnormal vaginal discharge, but color (yellow, green, etc) and/or mucus ("boogers"?) suggest infection. Could be gonorrhea or chlamydia if at risk, and your topic tags show STDs are on your mind. Possibly trichomonas or bacterial vaginosis, but these usually cause odor. Any new or abnormal vaginal discharge should be professionally evaluated; see a doctor soon.
