Wow ....: Trying for a baby since you were 16! Well, even though there are a lot of reasons to put off having a baby at your age, you have passed the time when we would recommend you consult a specialist (after 1 year). I suspect endometriosis, but a gynecologist or fertility specialist can explain the work-up of tests for you and your partner and counsel you accordingly. Good wishes:)

Need check up Both?: It may be a time for both of you to get checked.That may include physical exam, sperm count and mobility in the male parner, and physical and testing in female partner. Also you need to be checked for what you call pain in the ovary. It may or may not be related to your failure to get pregnant.You will also need ultrasound and may need other tests if indicated
