Will having enlarged ovaries prevent me from having a baby or babies?

Depends: If you're enlarged ovary is due to pcos or endometriosis within the ovaries then it may decrease your ability to conceive. Also tumors of the ovary and benign ovarian cysts can decrease fertility.
