Imaging: If you haven't already it sounds like a CT scan of the sinuses is indicated. Also have you had allergy testing? Don't give up. You can be helped.

See an ENT MD: You need to discuss your symptoms with an ENT MD. You will get a good exam, likely fiberoptic nasal endoscopy, and likely will consider allergy testing and CT imaging study of the paranasal sinuses. There are a lot more options for treatment that you have not tried.
