You're getting ready: to deliver! You're in the home stretch, that's for sure. I presume your birthing classes have taught you that the cervix will dilate to 10 cm and thin (efface) considerably before delivery. The pain could simply be a pelvic structure that is being compressed when the baby moves. Review your birthing plan and get ready for the ride of a lifetime! Very good wishes!
