36 weeks pregnant and 4 cm dilated and hurts when i move and have sharp pains that go up the left side of my stomach does that mean labors coming soon?

Probably.: You should talk to your obstetrician; symptoms requiring prompt evaluation at your maternity hospital's er are: decreased fetal movements, fever >100 f (38 c), vaginal bleeding, contractions felt every 5 minutes for at least 30 minutes, or leaking vaginal fluid. Best of luck!

WHAT DID YOUR OB SAY: All ?S at 36 weeks and for the rest of your preg should be directed to your OB not here, as your OB knows exactly what is going on with you any sharp pains should be evaluated either by u going to your doc's or to the labor room, that is what i would tell u if u were my pt, esp since u are already 4 cm dilated.
