Bronchitis: hello~ sounds like the typical upper respiratory tract infection and bronchitis. This does not necessary mean you need antibiotic BUT please go and see Dr in RT so you can be evaluated for pneumonia and if no PNA then steam treatments to clear upper respiratory tract, ANY cough med if you desire, and close follow up to see u dont get PNA thanks
