I have been diagnosed with stress polycythemia . do you have any recommendation to what i should to help treat or deal with condition to get better ?

Second opinion: "Stress" seldom causes polycythemia especially in a young man. If you also left the practitioner's office without a plan, you should not be satisfied. You may have dehydration, sleep apnea, unknown exposure to an anabolic steroid, a hole in your heart, a Kidney tumor, or any of several other dangerous, treatable things.
