If you can't get a sample from a bone marrow, can they get a diagnostic for polycythemia in the arm?

Many tests can help: Bone marrow examination is helpful but not essential. Your blood test from an arm vein can give 80-90 of the required information. Just tell us the results of your CBC, Hb and Platelet count and we can help you to solve the problem.
