Prob not needed: xanax (alprazolam) is like alcohol, makes you care a little less about anxiety. It doesnt fix your problems. Ask yourself where is anxiety coming from?Anxiety is energy that needs to go somewhere. In your age group, if you can focus energy on getting good education, so you can get good job, then you will have less anxiety in the future. eye redness is likely temporary and harmless, but get it checked if worse
