Mild case of dry eye. coincided with xanax (alprazolam) and zoloft started about 6 weeks ago and i discontinued now. how long before the condition goes away?

Okay.....: Assuming the dry eye was a result of the medications, which is likely not a good assumption, the zoloft would clear within 5 days and the xanax (alprazolam) within 3 days. Hopefully you discussed stopping the medications with your doctor before hand?

Dry eye: Your dry eye is likely medication induced. I would recommend frequent artificial tears and this should improve with time (although it may be weeks or months).
