I had a 4th degree tear 4 months ago and i've just noticed a stitch hasn't devolved and my dr didn't cut it when she did a few others. none of the drs have mentioned it. is it okay to leave? should i see a dr about cutting it? idk why they haven't cut it

Should be gone?: Absorbable sutures should be gone by now. Have your doctor look at it and decide. You should be also checked to see if it is healing well. That is a bad tear. All the best.
