Real Rx: The remedies you listed are all worthless "pop" remedies. Some are actually cruel internet pranks. If topical benzoyl peroxide has not produced a good result in a few weeks, get with your personal physician who can add something that will.

Toothpaste: I don't know who starts this hoax, but toothpaste can badly damage your skin. As you have experienced, OTC's, off label applications (like using toothpaste on forehead instead of teeth), and Internet "solutions" are at best worthless, at worst harmful. For best treatment please see a skin specialist, a Dermatologist. They treat problems like yours all day every day. See a Pro.
