Hello my name krystal my boyfriend has pain and reddness on his fouth toe and cant really walk on it.. what is this? and what should i do?

Cellulitis: Cellulitis=infected toe. This is the most likely diagnosis especially if it is painful and there is pus around the nail. If it is the big toe, another consideration is Gout. I recommend you encourage your boyfriend to see a doctor.

Seek medical care: What I mean is seek in-person medical care, whether his FamilyDoc or Urgent Care, depending upon degree of pain. Perhaps he broke toe although you didn't mention injury. Perhaps he has an infection b/c you said it's red. Gout is another possibility although more commonly in big toe. Bottom line, there are many causes of toe pain & redness and he needs in-person (not online) medical evaluation.
