LIttle protection.: This means that your defense against rubella may not be sufficient. Since Rubella infection may adversely impact the fetus, you need to be extra cautious in attending public affairs (especially when there are potentially unvaccinated children) during your pregnancy. I can't interpret the number of the IgG level provided, but the silver lining is that you likely do have some degree of protection
