Help please! is asbestos and pneumonia a disorder of respiratory system?

These are different : Pneumonia is indeed. A type of respiratory disease. Asbestos is a mineral, and all of its forms are associated with causing disease, usually after a very long latency period - including lung cancer and mesothelioma.
