Possible: If your symptoms of congestion have lasted beyond a week, it usually result in secondary bacterial infection of the sinuses. For now you can try OTC sinus congestion relief, Vicks vaporub, Claritine or Zyrtec, (cetirizine) but should plan to get examined in a couple of days if still congested. Feel better!
