1.5 cm blackhead?: May be u meant 1.5 mm. Regardless, if your nose remains reddish brown for more than 12-24 hours, or gets worse with pain or swelling, you should see a doctorfor possible infection and need for antibiotics. Put OTC polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) on it and take some Ibuprofen by mouth. Good luck:)
