i have anxiety i stay lightheaded daily now i have laryngitis n feel bad i feel more lightheaded could this be the anxiety or something else worried ?

Anxiety can cause Acid reflux. Become Captain over your Anxiety, not VICTIM. Do Breathing and Music Relaxation, Yoga, Meditation See Psychiatrist for Therapy for stress of relationship, parenting, work, and finances
