Difficult to say: Anxiety is often difficult to diagnose. If measures used to treat anxiety lead to reduction or elimination of your symptoms than this leads one to assume there may be some validity to the diagnosis. You may wish to consult with a neuropsychiatrist. There are 4 of us in Kentucky who are certified.
