A member asked:

Is it normal to feel lightheaded and dizzy (almost passing out) during high-intensity workout if you are recovering from cold/laryngitis? when would be a good time to restart while recovering from viral cold?

If you are still having respiratory symptoms, then it is not advisable to do high intensity workouts since your breathing is affected by the upper respiratory infection you are recovering from. All your respiratory symptoms should be resolved prior to re-starting high intensity exercise. You could do some less intense exercise in the meantime-like walking, for example, and build up gradually.
