Sounds fine: People who are taking amoxicillin twice a day can take one capsule in the morning, and one in the evening or at bedtime, without being exactly 12 hours apart... but the goal is to be 10-14 hours apart. A person with strep throat usually takes her amoxicillin for 10 days.
