Yes: No studies have shown creatine improving performance for endurance athletes. It has been shown to improve maximal lifting weight when creatine is used along with resistance training. No effect was shown in women or older men. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein. A diet high in protein would assist in muscle growth when taken along with resistance training.
