Nothing, except to : learn good handwashing techniques, teach them to your son, & teach him not to put his fingers in his nose & mouth. It's normal for young kids to have back-to-back "colds" during winter months when they're inside in a classroom or childcare center with other children. . There are about 100 upper respiratory viruses. As children age, they "catch" & develop immunity to more & more of them.

Handwashing: Wash hands frequently before meals, returning home, after going to the store. Keep up with good health, mood nutrition, adequate sleep. Some times of the year, colds are rampant in the population. Strongly consider a flu shot even up till February to stop at least 3 different viral infections. Best wishes.
