Bad pain on right foot whenever i step feels like a bruise hurts from inside kind of sharp pain. i have flat feet. the more i step the more it hurts

Is it the more you : Sleep or is it the first few steps when you get up after periods of rest? This is known as post static dyskinesia. The post is not descriptive enough but I would include in the differential diagnosis plantar fasciitis and posterior tibial tendon dysfunction.
