Needs to be checked: It is very hard to tell you what is the cause of your symptoms with the information you have given.Is there any history of trauma.How old you are,your occupation and if you tried any over the counter medicine and response I suggest you make an appointment with your Doctor and get it checked.Besides History and exam you may need Blood test and/or imaging like Xrays/MRI etc to make a diagnosis
