I took an xanax (alprazolam) for the first time due to anxiety, i'm nursing a 3 month old. how long to i need to wait before i can nurse him again?

Treating anxiety: Xanax (alprazolam) & meds like it won't fix it but can result in addiction. Alone they are the worst treatment for anxiety, not good 4 u or baby. The 2 lies anxiety tells us are 1) that something bad is very likely to happen (when in fact it is far less likely) & 2) that if it happens it'll be catastrophic (when usually there is a way through it). Find a therapist who specializes in treating anxiety disorders
