You need: to have that ear examined ...sounds like impacted CERUMEN (Ear Wax) There are OTC cleanser systems but its a lot easier to have your Primary Care Provider irrigate the wax out. (If his/her Office does not do this any good Walk In Unit will most likely have the equipment! ) BTW DO NOT INSERT ANY OBJECT YOURSELF ! Hope this helps Dr Z
