my bf + i noticed my breath and body have smelled vinegar-y for a few days. normal good hygiene/diet, not sweating more than normal. why do i stink???

Odor: Variety of reasons for this. May reflect a concentrated urine. A dietary issue. Or reflect ingestion of some medication...Also may relate to a chronic infection ot to spilling ketones as in diabetes. Drinking more fluids will make it better but you must be evaluated by a physician.
