Vinegar swell: Most likely it i just your sweat. A light sweat can have sort of a vinegary, mild acid odor. After the time it gets stringer, starts smelly fishy, then gets really foul. Make sure you wipe you sweat off after all exercise. Some people just sweat at night (colds, medications, certain diseases, over-bundled). Wipe it off, use a deodorizer, and see if it comes back. It does not sound like a disease.
