Not directly: Forehead winkles come from the muscles that raise and lower your eyebrows. With aging, the wrinkles become more permanently ingrained in the skin from years of muscle contraction. Horizontal lines above and vertical lines between the brows become deeper with age but usually not from weight loss. Botox reduces these wrinkles by weakening muscle contraction to smooth the overlying skin.
