Normal penile skin: Assuming no inflammation -- redness, iritation, itching, etc -- his sounds entirely normal. Penile skin naturally becomes more wrinkled with aging through pubety to young adulthood. There is nothing to be done and nothing to worry about. But see a doctor if you remain concerned.
