Zispin (Remeron): Zispin(Remeron) is a medication for treatment of Depression Maintenance dose: 15 to 45 mg per day. Increasing the dose from 30mg/day to 45mg/day can have more side effects. Thank you for informing about, taking , Diazepam and Lexapro (escitalopram). Using Zispin (Remeron) with Lexapro (escitalopram) can increase the risk of Serotonin Syndrome.
