Lexapro (escitalopram): Both medicines are used for both anxiety and depression. Lexapro (escitalopram) seems to have less side effects. Zispin seems to have more side effects with restlessness and dizziness, so Lexapro (escitalopram) might be a better choice. Either medicine should be monitored by your physician.
