Long half life: Zispin, or mirtazapine in the US, has a relatively long half life. And there is a warning about suddenly discontinuing it because it leads to rebound phenomenon and worsening symptoms. Talk to your doctor/psychiatrist (whoever originally prescribed Zispin) about how to taper this medication. Or, use HealthTap Prime & establish care with a doc.
