Bacterial vaginosis?: This has nothing to do with influenza or any other respiratory or gastrointestinal infection. You have a vaginal infection, most likely bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of mostly normal bacteria. But possibly an STD like trichomonas, gonorrhea, or chlamydia.
