it's 1:00am, and i just got a wave of severe itchiness over my entire body. there's no redness/rash. i took benadryll, but no luck getting rid of it.

Itch: If you are having trouble breathing go to ER. Not sure as to cause, likely allergy but if on vitamin, make sure no niacin in it as that can cause a reaction like this.
