Body fat: Carbohydrate restriction will provide the desired effect of increased fat burning. This, combined with cardio and weight training will get you the desired effect quicker than the former alone. Reaching ketosis requires less than 50-60g of carbohydrate daily and less than 1.2-1.5g/kg/day of protein.
