GTT: My concern would be for hypoglycemia or low blood sugar. Normally when you take in sugar your pancreas puts out an amount of insulin for that sugar. If your pancreas is oversensitive to sugar you over secret insulin, making more than you need. This is why your is lower 1 hour after you take in sugar. Talk to your doctor about this

Prob NO!: Why was the test done? Unless you were symptomatic, which you should not have been, this is a normal test. The pancreas appropriately put out insulin to counteract the fast acting glucose you were given. I would be interested in a 3 hour value, if that was in the 60 mg/dL range, I would have concern for reactive hypoglycemia. The complex hormone changes with intake will often drop BS slightly.
