Yes conclusive: By itself, the 4th generation blood test is 100% conclusive any time 4 weeks or more after the last possible exposure. The negative RNA test wasn't necessary unless you had a particularly high risk exposure, but it confirms you don't have HIV. Assuming you haven't had post exposure prophylaxis (PEP), which if unsuccessful can delay positive testing, you don't need any further tests.
